Launch of OnePlus TV in India and its specifications

China’s technology giant OnePlus made a grand entry into the Indian TV market with the launch of OnePlus TV - its first 55 inches Android TV on 26^th September 2019. OnePlus TV is available in two variants and both will have 4K QLED display.

ONEPLUS TV LAUNCHED IN INDIA

Both OnePlus TV’s supports HDR 10+ QLED display of 4K. OnePlus TV’s are powered with 40 Watt and eight-speaker setup and Dolby Atoms sound.

The price of a basic variant of this TV has been kept at Rs 69,900. OnePlus TV 55Q1 Pro will be priced at Rs 99,900, while OnePlus TV 55Q1 will be priced at Rs 69,900.

These TVs will support HDR 10+ with a QLED display of 4K. For the cinematic sound, it has a 50-watt eight-speaker setup and Dolby Atoms. This TV will serve as the central hub of the connected smart home.

Oneplus TV Price in India:

OnePlus founder and CEO Pete Lau said that we did not want to make a simple smart TV, we wanted to make a TV that is the highest standard in the industry and could provide a new height to the home internet experience of the users.

It will come with TV Hungama, Eros, and G5 content. It has also partnered content with Amazon Prime Video, Hotstar, SonyLive and YouTube. After India, OnePlus plans to launch smart Android TVs in China, Europe, and North America as well.
